How to make fruit (garbage) enzyme?

Materials
1. Molasses (Better) or any sugar source (300g)
2. Bio-booster 2 (300 ml)
3. fruits pericarp (fruit skin)(1/3 full)
4. water (6L)
5. Plastic Container (10L)

Methods
Recipe 1
1. Chop the fruit pericarp to smaller pieces.
2. Add the fruit pericarp into the container.

Recipe 2 (Prepare the solution)
1. Add 300g Molasses or brown sugar into the 6L of water and mix well.
2. Add 300 ml Bio-booster to the solution and mix.

- Add the Recipe 2 to recipe 1
- Cap the container tight.
- If there were not enough fruit pericarp, you can add in the pericarp the day after.
- Untightened the cap once the containers expands. Remember to tight it back.
